Welcome to ScheduleCTRL, a CRM and smart scheduling SaaS platform offered by ScheduleCTRL Ltd ("ScheduleCTRL," "we," "us," or "our"). 3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the end of your billing cycle.
• Payment: A valid payment method must be provided. You authorize us to charge all fees to that method.
• Failed Payments: If payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is resolved.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial at our discretion. You may need to provide payment details. Your trial will convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the end of the trial period.

5. Fee Changes

We may change subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change means you accept the new fees.

6. Refunds

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScheduleCTRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
